New captain, Janice Moodie, has urged Europe’s leading girl golfers to set their sights on winning a place in the European team for the 2013 PING Junior Solheim Cup match, to be staged at The Inverness Golf Club, in Denver, Colorado, on Tuesday August 13 and Wednesday August 14.

PARKER, Colo., Feb. 20, 2013 – The Solheim Cup is pleased to announce that Rolex will once again serve as the Official Timepiece and Global Partner of the 2013 Solheim Cup, scheduled for Aug. 13-18 at Colorado Golf Club in Parker, Colo. The Swiss watch brand’s support is part of an on-going partnership that is set to last for several years.

The 2012 golf season is over.  Due to a back injury, I unfortunately did not get to play much golf for a portion of the summer but once I got back on the course in October, I sure enjoyed it!  I ended up the season playing a few events on the Legends Tour, which is always so much fun.  I love catching up with old friends and feeling the competitive juices flowing. Great to see my good friend Laura Davies win first time out at the Handa Legends Tour Open Championship!
